I am Assistant Professor in Management at University Parthenope, Naples (Italy). Currently, I am also Visiting Professor in Innovation Management and Affiliate Professor (Research Fellow) at ESG Management School (France). Since 2007 I am member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Globalisation and Small Business (Inderscience). Since 2011 I am member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Organizational Change Management (Emerald).
My main research topics are: Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Technological Change, Social Networks and Business Strategies.
